Waste Lithium Battery Recycling and Purification

Managed by Achelous Pure Metal Co., Ltd. (APM), with operational facilities in Hong Kong and Malaysia, extracting and refining valuable metals such as lithium, cobalt, and nickel from waste lithium batteries.

Food Waste Conversion to Biochar/Activated Carbon

Managed by Foodcycle+, with ongoing projects at the Hong Kong Organic Resource Recovery Centre, collaborating with the government to trial different food waste processing technologies, converting food waste into high-value biochar and activated carbon products.

Plastic Waste Conversion to Oil/Gas/Carbon Powder

Managed by Long Maxgood Limited Ltd., with a demonstration production line under construction in Guilin, and a full-scale production line expected to be completed in Q1 2026. A cooperation agreement has been signed with the Indonesian government to convert difficult-to-recycle plastic waste into fuel oil, gas, and carbon powder.

4-in-1 Ecological Matrix: Fish-Insect-Herb-Vegetable Symbiotic System

Cooperate with University Teams of HK and Macau. The Fish–Insect–Herbal Aquaponics System combines aquaculture, black soldier fly bioconversion, and herbal cultivation to create a low-carbon, water-efficient, and traceable circular farming model.

Floating Wetland System

The Floating Wetland System uses ecological floating platforms and aquatic plants to improve water quality, support biodiversity, and enhance carbon capture, creating a smart wetland model for research, education, and sustainable urban landscapes.
