About Us

EcoBay Alliance is an innovative organization dedicated to promoting sustainable development and circular economy in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. We bring together professional teams from Hong Kong and Macao, combining resources from industry, academia, and government to address regional environmental challenges and transform waste management into resource opportunities.

We focus on three core technology areas: waste lithium battery recycling and purification, food waste conversion to biochar/activated carbon, and plastic waste conversion to oil/gas/carbon powder. These technologies are already operational or under construction in Hong Kong, Macao, Malaysia, and other locations, with plans to expand to Southeast Asia, Europe, and Portuguese-speaking countries.

Beyond technological innovation, EcoBay Alliance emphasizes education and cultivation, promoting sustainable development concepts in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools, and collaborating with institutions such as The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Macau University of Science and Technology on innovative projects. We have established a strategic partnership with the Macao Carbon Exchange to jointly promote dual carbon economy development, expand carbon credit markets, and contribute to building a more sustainable future.

Our vision is to become a leader in circular economy technology innovation in the Greater Bay Area, achieving a win-win situation between environmental protection and economic development through the development and deployment of advanced technologies.
