EcoBay Alliance Delegation Visits CLTTC to Explore New Opportunities for Green Tech Expansion

On June 8, 2026, a delegation from the EcoBay Alliance traveled to Dongguan, Guangdong, for an official visit to the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC). The primary objective of this visit was to engage in in-depth discussions regarding the international expansion potential of EcoBay Alliance's three core green technologies. The delegation actively sought support in terms of policy resources and project matchmaking, laying a solid foundation for future international development.
Exploring the Global Layout of Green Technology
During the exchange meeting, the EcoBay Alliance provided a detailed overview of its core technological advantages in the fields of circular economy and carbon neutrality. The presentation specifically focused on the "going global" potential of the following three major areas:

Smart Agriculture: Driven by the integration of Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things (IoT), this solution flexibly incorporates innovative technologies such as floating island cultivation, spirulina farming, black soldier fly breeding, and aquaponics. The result is a modern, precision agriculture system capable of effectively enhancing the medicinal potency of crops and Chinese herbal medicines while significantly shortening cultivation cycles.

Purification of Used Lithium Batteries: Addressing the growing battery recycling challenges arising from the widespread adoption of new energy vehicles and energy storage equipment, this technology provides an efficient and environmentally friendly purification process for battery materials. It tackles the dual challenges of resource waste and environmental pollution at the source, driving the high-value regeneration of battery materials.

Conversion of Waste Plastics into Fuel and Gas: Through advanced pyrolysis technology, waste plastics are transformed into high-value fuel and gas products. This approach simultaneously resolves the problem of plastic pollution and achieves resource recycling, injecting new momentum into the circular economy.
Stepping into the LAC Market via the CLTTC Platform
Approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC) is the only comprehensive cross-border technology transfer institution in the country dedicated to Latin America and the Caribbean . Operating on a "platform-network-mechanism" development model, the center has established cooperative branches in five LAC countries, including Cuba, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, and Argentina. It is committed to promoting in-depth cooperation between China and LAC countries in scientific and technological exchange and technology transfer .
Through this visit, the EcoBay Alliance hopes to fully leverage CLTTC's extensive international cooperation network and policy guidance to introduce China's advanced environmental protection and green technologies to Portuguese-speaking and LAC countries. This not only aligns with the EcoBay Alliance's medium-term strategic goal of assisting Chinese companies in expanding overseas but also contributes to global carbon neutrality and sustainable development.
