On 26 October 2026, EcoBay Alliance signed a cooperation agreement in Jiangmen with Jiangmen GreenForce Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (brand: GreenForce). Our Chief Operating Officer Lawrence and CEO Samuel both attended.

The agreement covers cooperation on bio-based environmental materials and related finished products. It connects what they can make with where the products need to work—hospitality, events, education and corporate settings across the Greater Bay Area. We will confirm product directions and delivery steps as work progresses, and share updates when both sides are ready.

GreenForce works on bio-based / biomass composite materials and holds several environmental patents. Those cover clean cellulose composites (CCC), coffee-grounds recovery, shell-powder recovery and recycled-plastic routes. Their shell line is now branded P100, using natural shell feedstock such as oyster, abalone and clam shells, with plastic-reduction and plastic-free paths. The materials can replace virgin plastics or feedstock that would otherwise go into comparable products. Heat resistance reaches 120°C or above; forming covers injection moulding and vacuum forming.

Day to day we focus on circular economy and sustainable products; our circular-technology portfolio already includes several bio-waste and circular product lines for real use cases with Greater Bay Area partners. The directions overlap in a practical way. They lean on materials and manufacturing; we lean on use-case fit and customer conversations.
