Circular Economy Technology Laboratory
EcoBay Alliance's Circular Economy Technology Laboratory focuses on the research, development, and industrialization of multiple innovative technologies, transforming waste into valuable resources. Each technology is available for independent collaboration, providing flexible solutions for partners with different needs.
Three Core Technologies

Waste Lithium Battery Recycling and Purification
Managed by Achelous Pure Metal Co., Ltd. (APM), with operational facilities in Hong Kong and Malaysia, extracting and refining valuable metals such as lithium, cobalt, and nickel from waste lithium batteries, with plans to expand to Macao and Japan.

Plastic Waste Conversion to Oil/Gas/Carbon Powder
Managed by GreenCreate Environmental Technologies Ltd., with a demonstration production line under construction in Guilin, and a full-scale production line expected to be completed in Q1 2026. A cooperation agreement has been signed with the Indonesian government to convert difficult-to-recycle plastic waste into fuel oil, gas, and carbon powder.

Food Waste Conversion to Biochar/Activated Carbon
Managed by Foodcycle+, with ongoing projects at the Hong Kong Organic Resource Recovery Centre, collaborating with the government to trial different food waste processing technologies, converting food waste into high-value biochar and activated carbon products.

Other Innovative Technologies
In addition to the three core technologies, we actively develop and promote various sustainable agriculture and resource regeneration technologies, including aquaponics systems, rooftop farms, coffee ground recycling, and other projects, integrating circular economy concepts into daily life and promoting urban sustainable development.
