Day 1 - ENEEF Education Centre Discovery Tour

Visit to a 13,000-square-meter environmental education base to explore the circular economy as a sustainable solution to the critical issue of food waste. The course moves beyond the traditional 'take-make-dispose' linear model, shifting towards a regenerative system. Through interactive sessions such as the 'Food Not Waste' workshop, participants will learn practical strategies to reduce waste at individual, household, and community levels. The program also encourages critical reflection on broader societal and environmental impacts, delving into Hong Kong's current food waste management policies, technological innovations, and successful circular business models to inspire and drive positive environmental change.
