Background and Mission

EcoBay Alliance is jointly established by the Macao Institute of Environmentalists and The Endeavour Environmental Education Foundation (ENEEF) from Hong Kong, dedicated to promoting sustainable development in the Greater Bay Area, particularly in circular economy development and dual-carbon economy education.
